Registration is easy. Simply fill out this form, read the terms and conditions below, and click on the "Register Now" button when done.

If you are a mining company, a mining supplier, an incorporated consultancy, a bank, a stockbroker, a financial institution, or an educational or government agency, just click the "Bill my Company" payment button and we will simply invoice your company by fax at the end of the month in which you download a model. To use this payment option however, we may need to contact you by phone to confirm your registration.
If you are an unincorporated individual, we will require your credit card details to set up your account.

Note that we do not normally accept registrations from users of free email services such as hotmail and yahoo.

All information submitted on this form is encrypted to ensure privacy. If you do not wish to supply your details over the Internet, please print out this form and send a completed copy by fax directly to our Australian number at +612 9660 1903.

Please register me as a member of World Mine Cost Data Exchange. I understand that there are no membership or other standing charges and that I only pay for what I download. I accept that mine model downloads are charged to members at the price stated for each mine on the Mines Download page. I also understand that registered members earn download credits by contributing mine data back to World Mine Cost Data Exchange. Credits are given for data contributions for mines not already posted onto the site and for corrections to models already posted.

I accept and agree that World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of modelled data and that it makes no warranty thereto. I acknowledge that I am accepting and using models downloaded from this website at my own risk and that World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc. is not responsible for any hardware or software problems that may arise in the course of using these models on my computer.

I agree that if I download models from the site, World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc. will invoice my company by fax for the posted download price by monthly account payable on receipt. Alternatively, if I elect to pay by credit card, I authorize World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc to claim the posted price for model downloads against my credit card account.

I understand that each download transaction will be independently confirmed by an email sent to the email address supplied by me at the time of the download.

Credits
I understand that World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc. will credit me with the full cost of model downloads if I can demonstrate that there are errors in the model which, after correction, result in a ten percent or more change for at least two historical years in estimated "Onsite Mining and Milling Costs" per metric ton of ore milled as shown in the Summary section of the model. I also agree that such credit is fully redeemed by World Mine Cost Data Exchange Inc. inviting me by email to download a posted model of my choice up to the value of the original download.
