SME 2008 Salt Lake City

The 2008 SME AGM and Exhibit was held in Salt Lake City this February with the theme "New Horizons/New Challenges". A highlight was Doug Silver's excellent keynote address on the minerals supercycle. PDAC 2004 Toronto

PDAC's 73rd annual international convention and trade show was held in Toronto over March 7-10. Over 7,000 delegates attended with nickel and diamonds running hot. 2004 SME Annual Meeting

Financial Modelling Course 2003 in Perth, Australia

During 2003 we presented a four day course on financial modelling for the mining industry. This was a "hands on" program using minecost models to show how it is done. WME's Survival 2001

Minecost was invited to speak again at World Mine Equipment's Survival 2001 conference at Toronto in September 2001. The theme of the 2001 conference was cost control and cost reduction strategies, similar to the Survival 2000 event.
