Model Updates for 2004 Cost and Prices

All models have now been updated for 2004 cost inputs and prices and re-based on 2004.
The model forecast years have also extended to 2006. This means that all model years to 2004
are now historic years shown in current costs and prices, and all forecast years from 2005
are shown in constant 2004 dollars.

The cost curves and simple cost charts are now being updated accordingly and will become
available during the current month.

In accordance with the minecost update policy, if you have downloaded any of these models
in the past three months, you are entitled to the updated model at no extra charge.
