SIMPLE "O'HARA" COST CHARTS UPDATED FOR 2005 COSTS & PRICES
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Simple "O'Hara" Cost Charts showing the relationship between mine and mill costs and production rates
are now updated for 2005 input costs and prices.

These charts use data from well over 300 mining operations as modelled by minecost to generate rule
of thumb or filter curves as originally derived by Alan O'Hara (CIM Bulletin 1980, 1987) for the major
mining regions in North America, Latin America, Australasia and Europe for the year 2005.
The curves and accompanying statistical data for the mines and mills in each major region are contained
in downloadable Excel spreadsheets.

These curves are good indicators of current mine and mill costs around the world.
Minecost subscribers may download a free sample of the Charts here.
